haha, yea. today is my first day officially as CCC !
the call track is really bad. but i have calls coming in always.
not like when im doing hivr. have to wait 2hrs for 1 call.
hahah. i upgraded and downgraded many many channels for cust !
so proud.
but there's this one cust im so fed up with.
im really angry with him. so disappointed.
he called to ask why his sports channel is being cut-off suddenly.
so, i checked out every single detail for him.
cos i know there's this impt match tonight that everyone's asking.
i really wasted alot alot alot of time searching out everything.
even approached one of the TL.
then finally, the truth reveals.
he DIDNT EVEN BLOODY SUBSCRIBE TO THE SPORTS GRP.
it was his wife who subscribed under her name.
but that acct was alrd cancelled and changed to the husband's.
he LIED to me.
cust can scold, shout, scream @ me.
i dont mind, i dont care.
but the least they can do is not to lie to me.
sickening ass. why must he lie ?
if he dont lie, maybe i'll try to do something for him.
but he did. i didnt even bother to listen to him crapping.
abt how pathetic starhub is.
threatening me, trying to make me feel guilty.
he's pathetic. and cheapo.
and he will never terminate his contract like how he tried to threaten.
becos he has to PAY.
